Issue or Return?
We accept returns or exchanges on our products excluding custom design products unless damaged. Our return window is typically 14 days however do reach out to us as we pride ourselves on resolving any issues that may arise. There is no restocking fee and refunds are processed within 7 days of the item's return. Note the customer is responsible for shipping costs to return however on damaged items we typically resend a replacement.

At CREEKTEE – King of Stickers, creativity comes first. Every design you see on our stickers, magnets, mugs, and t-shirts is designed in-house by us. We don't rely on pre-made or stock artwork—our goal is to offer designs you won't find anywhere else.
Each product is created with care to ensure it's as unique as the person ordering it.

We're always excited to work on custom ideas! However, to keep everything above board, we're unable to produce custom designs that include:
- Copyrighted or trademarked images, logos, or characters without proper rights
- Content that promotes hate, discrimination, or harassment
- Any illegal, explicit, or prohibited material
When placing a custom order, you confirm that you have the legal right to use any images, text, or concepts provided.
